Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle development projects.
  • Commercial acumen, including budget oversight, programming, and risk management.
  • Financial management and budgeting.
  • Health and safety under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
  • Stakeholder engagement across councils, consultants, and contractors.
  • Understanding of development processes, including resource management, consenting, and compliance.
 
Desirables:
  • Experience working with NZS 3910, 3915, or 3916 construction contracts.
  • Exposure to development funding processes and managing funding conditions.
  • Familiarity with project risk mitigation strategies and strategic reporting.
  • A collaborative mindset with a natural ability to drive quality outcomes across planning, design, and delivery.
