Seeking people with the following:
  • Minimum of 12 years of Engineering Consulting experience in Environmental or Water sectors.
  • proven track record of developing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. 
  • Have experience in managing a small team of professionals.
  • Motivational and empowering leadership and able to collaborate closely with the wider business and other service lines. 
  • Courageous in providing feedback and addressing issues.

About the Role:

  • Foster a supportive team environment for staff retention.
  • Provide operational leadership for daily departmental needs.
  • Maintain high standards of excellence and ethics.
  • Manage complex projects and mentor team members.
  • Participate in client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget
  • Prepare and deliver expert witness evidence.
  • Subject matter expert with technical proficiency.
  • Wide knowledge of environmental engineering fields, contributing to strategic planning.
  • Environmental Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Chartered is advantageous.
