As the Environmental Manager, you’ll lead a capable environmental team, overseeing both project delivery and client relationships while driving continued growth and innovation within the business.

Non-Negotiables To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • A tertiary qualification in Environmental or Civil Engineering (Washington Accord or equivalent).
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng / CMEngNZ) status.
  • Proven leadership experience within an environmental or civil engineering consultancy environment.
  • Strong project management capability with a track record of delivering environmental infrastructure or land development projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted client and team relationships.
Desirables
  • Previous experience preparing expert evidence and representing projects at council hearings or the Environment Court.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and developing technical systems or quality frameworks.
  • A strong network across the property, infrastructure, or environmental sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business or expanding service lines.
