Intermediate Civil Engineer

The Company:

A well-established land development and property advisory consultancy delivering subdivision, infrastructure, and urban development projects across the region. With a strong forward workload and long-term client relationships, the business is recognised for technical excellence, practical design solutions, and a genuinely supportive team culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Intermediate Civil Engineer to join their civil design team and contribute across residential subdivisions, earthworks, stormwater, and civil infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in civil and environmental engineering design for various development proposals.
  • Proficiency in subdivision design and layout, earthworks, road and pavement design, stormwater management, wastewater disposal, and water supply systems.
  • Strong project management skills, including scoping, timelines, and critical path analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Desirables:
  • Experience with construction observation and contract management in accordance with NZS3910.
  • Familiarity with the Auckland Unitary Plan and local council regulations.
  • Membership in relevant professional bodies.
  • Proficiency in design software such as 12d or Civil 3D.
