About the Role:

This is an opportunity to take a leading role in the continued development of the civil engineering service line, supported by an experienced and approachable leadership team.
The role is hands on and offers genuine influence across technical delivery, client relationships, and team development. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, work closely with clients, and contribute to how the civil team grows and operates over time.mThis position suits an experienced engineer who values autonomy, enjoys mentoring and collaboration, and is looking for clear progression in an environment that supports long-term career development. A profit-share and equity pathway is available and aligned to contribution and performance.

Skills & Experience:
We’re interested in hearing from engineers who bring:

• Approximately 7+ years’ experience in civil engineering, ideally within land development
• Experience delivering projects across concept design, consenting, detailed design, and construction support
• Working knowledge of 12d (or comparable civil design software)
• Understanding of New Zealand design standards and council approval processes
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and project stakeholders
• Full working rights in New Zealand
