What We're Looking For: We’re looking for a civil/water engineer who brings:

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 5–8+ years’ experience in water, stormwater or broader Three Waters projects
• Demonstrated technical capability in hydraulic modelling, engineering design, or stormwater management planning
• Strong communication and project delivery skills, including coordination with clients and internal teams
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring junior staff

Desirables:

• Experience with low impact design or green infrastructure
• Familiarity with preparing Stormwater Management Plans or leading flood risk assessments
• A track record of identifying and supporting business development opportunities
