Seeking people with the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• CPEng accreditation (or working towards it).
• 10+ years of consulting experience, specifically in delivering complex land development projects.
• Proven leadership ability, including mentoring engineers and managing large project teams.
• Expertise in 12D or Civil 3D.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills to drive future opportunities.
